You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Payments and Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice prior to purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location. Access to a course is granted upon successful payment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Self-paced courses: full refund within 7 days if not accessed. Cohorts and mentorship: pro-rated refund available before the second live session. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
4. Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights to your original writing. By submitting work for feedback, you grant us a limited license to review and provide editorial suggestions.
6. Disclaimers
We provide educational services only and make no promises of publication, awards, or financial outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chapterforge Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
