• Do you guarantee publication?

  No. We do not guarantee deals or outcomes. We guarantee honest, editorial-grade guidance that improves your craft and submission readiness.

• What is your refund policy?

  Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for self-paced courses not yet accessed. Cohorts and mentorship refunds are pro-rated prior to the second session. See our Terms for details.

• Can I receive 1:1 feedback only?

  Yes. Our private mentorship tracks provide weekly annotations and live sessions tailored to your manuscript goals.

• What are the technical requirements?

  A stable internet connection and the ability to open PDF/Docx files. Workshops run on a popular video platform; we send calendar invites and materials in advance.

• Do you offer certificates?

  Yes. We issue completion certificates indicating hours and competencies covered. They reflect learning and effort, not accreditation.

• How much time should I plan weekly?

  Most cohorts ask for 4–6 hours per week including reading, writing, and peer review. Mentorship varies by project scope.

• Is accessibility supported?

  We provide transcripts and reading-friendly materials. If you need specific support, contact us and we will make reasonable accommodations.
